Capital Rho looks like P — but it is an R
Capital rho Ρ (U+03A1) is drawn exactly like the Latin P, but it is pronounced “r” — it is the ancestor of the Latin R. LaTeX has no \Rho; type P. This is also why Greek and Cyrillic text sometimes looks like it contains Latin P’s: Cyrillic Р is a rho too.

- Fastest: press
Win + .to open the emoji panel, choose the Symbols tab (Ω), then Greek. - There is no classic Alt code for rho — the old DOS code page only included a handful of Greek letters (α Γ π Σ σ τ Φ Θ Ω δ φ ε). Use one of the other methods.
